OUR EXPERIENCE WITH ANIMAL DEN WAS EXCELLENT IN ALL ASPECTS. WE HAD BEEN LOOKING FOR ITEMS CONCERNING GREAT DANES AND ESPECIALLY THOSE WITH THE BLACK AND WHITE DANES. SEVERAL ITEMS WERE AVAILABLE. WHEN WE PLACED AN OPRDER I PUT IN THE WRONG ZIP CODE FOR THE BILLING ADDRESS. WHEN I CALLED THEM I GOT CUSTOMER SERVICE QUICKLY AND THEY CORRECTED THE PROBLEM AND LATER THE SAME DAY SENT ME AN E-MAIL AS FOLLOWUP. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES SPOKE CLEARLY AND WERE VERY POLITE. WHEN THE PACKAGE ARRIVED ENCLOSED WAS A NOTE FOR MY WIFE BUT ALSO A NOTE FROM ANIMAL DEN THANKING US FOR THE ORDER ETC.
