Great customer service

I had ordered a groundhog but because of a sad situation happened in my family I asked that it not be delivered and cancelled. Animal Den was very prompt to answer and do my request. Which I was very grateful to them. I am recommending them to all my friends.

Groundhog Plush II

This was a gift to my daughter (who's over 50 years old) because her birthday was on Feb. 1, one day before Groundhog Day. I'd never seen a stuffed groundhog toy before, so I had to get this for her. My order for it and the delivery were well before her birthday. It surprised her when she opened it then. And she commented that she'd take it to school the next day to show the kids. (She's a kindergarten teacher and knew they'd enjoy it too.)

It was very very difficult to find a ground hog stuffed animal and even more difficult to find one that was realistic looking. This ground hog is the right size, color and cuddliness! And great service, too. I will definately shop for all my stuffed animal needs at your store.
