I first found Animal Den last Christmas when I was searching for items for my animal-loving friends. They have many special and unique items and I bought several. As I recall, the customer service was excellent, the items shipped promptly and were exactly what I wanted. Early this December, Animal Den sent me a short e-mail reminding me that I had bought Italian Greyhound items last year, and that they were still around. It was a most welcome e-mail, as I HAD forgotten about them. I immediately went on-line, found what I wanted and the items arrived within 3 days. What I especially like about Animal Den is their personal customer service. I exchanged e-mails with a real person answering questions I had.
