Not only do you provide an amazing variety of items to choose from, products of quality, ease of ordering and a user friendly website but the items got here so fast and when they did they were in perfect condition. The items (2 mugs and address labels) were packed with care and I found the enclosed letter from you (and mints!) to be a very nice touch. I was and am very impressed by my encounter with animal den and plan to do more shopping with you in the future.
