We didn't actually see this in person as we sent it as a gift to my ailing mother-in-law who loves giraffes. We saw a photo, and it was the plush giraffe we had seen on line and my mother-in-law was very happy to have it. So, for the toy itself and the service, we give it a 5 star" rating.
