Made our daughters christmas
After another online store dropped the ball on being able to get our order to us before Christmas I came across animal den. They had the Hippos my daughter wanted but it was only a few days before Christmas so I was worried they may not make it in time. I put that as a note in my order and first thing the next morning I had a call from Katie (I believe!) who was super helpful in making everything happen quickly and you could tell she cared about making our daughters Chritsmas special. All said and done Animal Den got my order to me the day before Christmas Eve and the Hippos were our daughters favorite gift! Thanks again for going the extra mile and the help making our daughters Christmas special!
