I don’t usually buy that much online, but I had to have a cow mousepad. The service was very prompt and I received a very friendly e-mail confirmation that said my purchase would be within a few days. I place the order on a Saturday and I got the package on a Wednesday. Again, there was another friendly personal letter that made me feel as if there was a real person at the other end, not just a machine. I was very pleased with my purchase.
